# FAQ + Comparison GEO Skeleton

## Goal

Generate a shippable **FAQ hub** and/or **comparison page** skeleton that answers the questions buyers type into AI tools, with honest tables and quote-ready paragraphs.

## Inputs

| Input | Required |
|-------|----------|
| Brand + category | yes |
| Page mode: FAQ hub, comparison, or both | yes |
| Competitor or alternative list | yes for comparison |
| Existing FAQ dump (if any) | optional |
| Must-win questions from audit | recommended |

## Steps

1. **Harvest question clusters**
   Group into: product use, ingredients/materials, sizing/fit, shipping/returns (brief), comparisons, objections (“is it worth it”), safety/compliance.

2. **Write citeable answers**
   For each FAQ:
   - 1–2 sentence direct answer
   - 2–4 sentence elaboration with specifics
   - Optional “See also” internal link target

3. **Build comparison frame**
   - Decide axes: price tier, key attribute, who it’s for, proof level.
   - Table + short prose verdicts (no fake “#1”).
   - Include “choose us if / choose them if” honesty block.

4. **Map to URLs**
   Suggest `/pages/faq`, `/pages/compare-{x}-vs-{y}`, or blog equivalents for Shopify.

5. **Schema hints**
   List FAQPage-eligible Q&As; warn that JSON-LD must match visible text.

## Output format

```markdown
# FAQ / Comparison skeleton — {Brand}
## FAQ hub outline
### Cluster: {name}
**Q:** ...
**A (direct):** ...
**A (detail):** ...
## Comparison page
### Positioning paragraph
...
### Table
| Dimension | Us | Alt A | Alt B |
### Choose-if blocks
...
## Internal link plan
...
## Schema notes
...
```

## Guardrails

- No disparagement that invents competitor flaws.
- No guaranteed “best” claims without user-approved proof.
- Keep answers usable as standalone quotes (avoid “as above”).
- Shipping/returns: prefer linking to policy pages over duplicating legal text.

## Examples (abbreviated)

**Input sketch:** brand domain, category, 5 buyer questions, 3 competitors.

**Good outcome:** operator ships one page fix within a week and logs spot-checks without standing up a monitoring SaaS.

**Weak outcome:** generic SEO advice with no citeable URL changes — re-run focusing on Inputs and Output format above.
