1. Who we are

CiteSkill is operated as a digital product business selling access to Agent Skill packages (SKILL.md workflows) and related documentation. For privacy questions, contactsupport@citeskill.com.

2. Information we collect

We may collect:

• Account and contact datayou provide (such as name and email) if you create an account, join a waitlist, or email support.
• Purchase and billing datawhen you buy the Pro Pack (or any legacy paid plan). Payment card details are processed by our merchant of record, Creem (Creem / Armitage Labs OÜ). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Usage and device datasuch as pages viewed, referring URLs, browser type, approximate location from IP, and similar logs needed to operate and secure the Site.
• Communications you send us (support requests, feedback).

CiteSkill skills run insideyour AI coding agent (for example Cursor or Claude). We do not scrape ChatGPT, Perplexity, or other AI engines on your behalf, and we do not receive the brand content you paste into those agents unless you voluntarily send it to us.

3. How we use information

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Site and skill catalog
• Process purchases, deliver Premium skills, and manage plans
• Respond to support and product questions
• Detect abuse, secure the service, and meet legal obligations
• Send transactional mail (receipts, delivery, account notices). Marketing email only with your consent or as otherwise allowed by law; you can unsubscribe anytime.

4. Sharing

We share information only as needed with:

• Creem for checkout, receipts, refunds, and tax handling (see Creem's own privacy policy)
• Hosting and infrastructureproviders that run the Site (for example Vercel)
• Professional advisors or authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Cookies and analytics

We may use essential cookies and similar technologies for security and basic Site function, and optional analytics to understand aggregate traffic. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

6. Retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above (for example purchase records and support history), then delete or anonymize it when practicable. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, but no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

7. International transfers

The Site may be hosted and processed in countries other than yours (including the EU and the United States). Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to object to / restrict certain processing. Contactsupport@citeskill.comto exercise these rights. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

9. Children

CiteSkill is directed to business users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change, and continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Policy.
